Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer: Mrs. Tanesha R. Morrison

The Founder, Ms. Tanesha R. Morrison was born in Los Angeles, CA on July 6, 1985. Born and raised on the East side of Los Angeles she was presented with many hardships in her life that she rapidly overcame. At the age of 12, Ms. Morrison, her siblings, and their mother (single parent of 4) moved to the West side of Los Angeles where she would then begin to set herself up for greater success and opportunities with the help of positive mentors in her life.

Ms. Morrison graduated from Foshay Learning Center, a high school in the inner-city of Los Angeles, CA. She went on to California State University of Dominguez Hills where she completed with a Bachelors of Arts in Human Services with an emphasis in family, and children services. During college Ms. Morrison entered into the Substance Abuse Counseling field, later to become the Clinical Director of various Treatment Centers that resides in Los Angeles, CA once she graduated. Presently, Ms. Morrison is pursuing her Masters in Non Profit Management and Leadership at Capella University , working as an Instructor for ICDC College Alcohol and Drug Program, as well as the Billing Lead AB109 Probation Contract under Post-Release Community Supervision program at HealthRight 360 (formally Walden House). Ms. Morrison also does Independent Contracting for various Substance Abuse Programs aiding in Quality Assurance and a Dance Instructor for various Inner-city youth.

While working for a Non-profit organization and being in the community Ms. Morrison found that giving back to her community by volunteering and donating was something that she would have liked to do more often.  She then decided to aide the homeless by supplying them with food, clothing, hygiene items, and health information. Finally, she envisioned the "A Blessing in a BAG" idea. She consulted with her sister Ms. Takisha R. Baylor who shared this same vision and they began to make this dream a reality. Twice a year they go out to the streets of Downtown Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, and surrounding areas to bless at least 500 individuals with the items in their colorful bags.

Ms. Morrison is the Co-Chair of We Can Help Foundation a 501c3 organization in Los Angeles, CA.
