Ms. Morrison graduated from Foshay Learning Center, a high school in the inner-city of Los Angeles, CA. She went on to California State University of Dominguez Hills where she completed with a Bachelors of Arts in Human Services with an emphasis in family, and children services. While working for a Non-profit organization and being in the community Ms. Morrison found that giving back to her community by volunteering and donating was something that she would have liked to do more often. She then decided to aide the homeless by supplying them with food, clothing, hygiene items, and health information. Finally, she envisioned the "A Blessing in a BAG" idea. She consulted with her sister Ms. Takisha R. Baylor who shared this same vision and they began to make this dream a reality. Twice a year they go out to the streets of Downtown Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, and surrounding areas to bless at least 500 individuals with the items in their colorful bags.
